WHAT IS THE SEVERE WEATHER CENTER?
Chilson Hills Church is a proud partner of the Severe Weather Network, a collaborative effort with the Salvation Army, the Oakland Livingston Human Services Agency (OLHSA). The SWN organizes “severe weather center” cites which provides overnight refuge during the winter months for individuals affected by homelessness. Chilson will be hosting the Severe Weather Center in February 2018, so if you would like to volunteer, contact Rose Berton at roseberton@yahoo.com.
