Chilson Hills Exercise Class

Join us for fun and inclusive exercise classes!
Classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10 am for advanced, 11 am beginner’s, and Friday’s at 10 am. Classes are 50-60 minutes long.
Classes are $3 per session. Classes include the use of free weights, rubber balls, chair seat risers, stretch bands, and great music! Come dressed in loose clothing, rubber soled shoes, and don’t forget that water bottle!
