Missions
“Christ has no body now but yours; no hands, no feet on earth but yours. Yours are the eyes with which he looks with compassion on this world. Christ has no body now on earth but yours.”
— St. Teresa of Avila
We believe mission involvement is the natural result of a growing faith.
When our hearts are filled by God, we naturally want to share God’s love with others.
We believe that every person has a mission and a place to serve. Finding their place of service and becoming the presence of Christ to others is the first step in building the kind of relationships that will take Christ’s love to the world.
Following Christ’s command to serve therefore and make disciples, our church supports missions through our praying, our serving, our going, and our giving.
Through summer mission trips, family mission projects, and local mission organizations, our congregation works to serve and share with people and communities in need.
Check out the links below to see how we are involved in our local community, our state, and our world.
Join us in being the hands and feet of Christ to a world in need.
